Solved simply per property – no hardware: gate code or key box. Access comes from the app and is unlocked only one hour before the rental starts; you change codes yourself, anytime. For monthly rentals: normal handover of badge or remote.
Whoever causes damage is liable for it – as everywhere. With parkbro every booking is documented: verified identity, licence plate, time-stamped photo evidence. We review reported cases personally and decide within 3 working days. Your security service scans the QR code at the space and sees within seconds who is authorised.
Only what you expressly release is rented out – specific spaces, specific times. Existing tenants keep their spaces unchanged, and any release can be paused at any time. You stay in charge of the property – per building, per space.

parkbro is a Swiss parking-sharing platform based in Bellach. It grew out of everyday practice: around 4.8 million passenger cars are registered in Switzerland (FSO, as of 30 September 2025), and looking for a space costs time every day while private and company spaces nearby sit unused – those are exactly the spaces parkbro makes bookable.
